Successful Collaboration with HLA Lohne

Thanks to a collaboration with Handelslehranstalten Lohne, we had the pleasure of welcoming Julia to our team for an internship. Her main focus was on marketing. However, in our view, a great internship involves much more than just one department.

That’s why Julia had the opportunity to gain experience across the entire company. Her program included:
- Research and market analysis in Business Development
- Employee interviews and helping to refine our strategy for apprentice recruitment fairs
- A firsthand look into our laboratory work
- Administrative tasks (inventory management, correspondence, etc.)

One of the most valuable aspects of her internship was the exchange of ideas on apprentice recruiting. If you want to understand what motivates the next generation, how benefits are perceived, and what modern communication should look like, the best approach is to ask someone who is part of that very target group.
